Owl Event at Mercer County Hunt House 10/30 7:30-8:30pm

Join the Wild Bird Research Group for a unique opportunity to experience Northern Saw-whet Owl research firsthand. Participants will learn about owl migration, conservation, and the methods researchers use to safely capture, band, measure, and release these remarkable birds. Throughout the program, our research team will share insights into the science behind the project and what we are learning about these secretive nighttime migrants.

Owl encounters are dependent on migration and weather conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
